A horse's Certificate of Registration is unable to be sold and remains the property of The Australian Stock Horse Society Limited. The Registration, Transfer or Lease Application does not constitute proof of legal or beneficial ownership of any horse.

The Society is unable to provide any guarantees as to the suitability of any horse and interested persons must rely on their own enquiries in this regard. Personal information is any information that can be used to identify a person. The types of information the Society collects include Members' names, addresses and other contact details and stud information.

In completing and returning to the Society any request by the Society for information relating to the Member, a Member will be considered to have consented to the collection of the information and to disclosure of the information for the purposes outlined above. If Members do not consent to such disclosure, formal notice in writing should be given to the Society. In this event, the Society will only use a Member's personal information for the purpose of contacting the member, and any such information will not be disclosed to Branches or Management.
The Society will not disclose a Member's personal information for any other purpose without the Member's specific written consent.

Are you a financial Member of the ASHS under 21 years of age? Do you compete on a registered ASH?
The National Youth Point Score Competition is conducted annually. The competition runs from 1st January to 31st December each year.
There are three age divisions:
Campdrafting & Cut-Out, Sporting, Hack, Rider, Dressage, Eventing, Led, Junior Handler, Polocrosse, Polo, Working ASH, Utility, Showjumping, Endurance, ASH Challenges and Versatility classes (including Stockman's Challenges, ASHS Versatility classes, Working Equitation).
Performances at shows, rodeos, Pony Club, gymkhanas, etc. are acceptable for this competition.
Performances obtained in open or junior competitions are accepted, providing they are open to All Breeds or restricted to Australian Stock Horses.
